BRIEF HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS WEDNESDAY NIGHT BEFORE A SLOW MOVING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IMPACTS THE WATERS THURSDAY INTO FRIDAY. WEAK HIGH PRESSURE RETURNS FOR SATURDAY. ANOTHER FRONTAL SYSTEM AFFECTS THE AREA FOR THE LATTER HALF OF THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND.
